The Association of Inner Authority Membership Agreement

Upon the study and comprehension of this membership agreement, and of mine own free will and in good faith, being of sober mind, with the capacity to contract, I hereby accept the offer made to become a member of The Association of Inner Authority (“Association”) and enter into this membership agreement with The Association of Inner Authority.

I agree that this membership is a personal membership between me and the Association’s members. I agree that the education and learning presented in the Association are for my personal use, and for the benefit and learning of others in the Association, my household and community. We are not a public Association meaning the decisions made by the Association members do not apply outside of the association and to those who are not members themselves.

Declaration of Purpose
This Association of members hereby declares that our main objective is to maintain and improve the civil rights, constitutional guarantees, and political freedom of every member, with the goal to assist others in our nation, to re-claim our God-given rights to live in freedom. We hope to achieve this goal using principles found in the Virginia Declaration of Rights (1776), Constitution of the United States (1787), the Bill of Rights (1787), the Articles of Confederation (1781), The Law of Nations (1519) and Holy Writ.

We believe that the First Amendment found in the Bill of Rights was written initially by James Madison for the purpose of limiting government power and to protecting individual liberties. Our members understand and promote these rights of free speech, petition, and assembly - association, which is the right to gather together for the lawful purpose of advising and helping one another in asserting our rights under God’s mandate to take dominion over ourselves and to be stewards of the gifts God has given us.

IT IS HEREBY Declared that we are exercising our right of “freedom of association” as guaranteed by the 1st and 14th Amendments of the U.S. Constitution and equivalent provisions of the various State Constitutions. This means that our association activities are restricted to the private domain only.

We declare the basic right of all of our members to select spokesmen from our number who could be expected to give wisest counsel and advice concerning the need for, and availability to protect ourselves and families under God’s law of equity and trust. This PMA is a trust or private contract which allows for its members to advise together and receive and give wise counsel to each other.

The Association will recognize any person (irrespective of race, color, or religion) who is in accordance with these principles and policies as a member, and will provide a medium through which its individual members may associate for actuating and bringing to fruition the purposes heretofore declared.

Memorandum of Understanding
I understand that the fellow members of the Association are not lawyers, counselors, or legal experts, so any and all opinions and information that is shared is for informational and entertainment purposes only. I understand that it is up to me to do my own research about the concepts and ideas taught in this Association so that I can make my own decisions, and stand in my own domain. I further understand that within the Association no wholesaler/retailer-customer relationship exists but only a contract member-member Association relationship. In addition, I have freely chosen to change my legal status as a public consumer/customer for the benefit of learning about law of equity and freedoms of association, to a private member of the Association. Any request by me to a fellow member to assist me or provide me with the aforementioned recommendations or services is my own free decision in an exercise of my rights and made by me for my benefit. And, I agree that I am free to bring my own knowledge and experience into the Association, to assist and teach others. I understand that I can share this information freely, and that other members can utilize the information as they see fit.

I agree to hold the Trustee(s), staff and other members and the Association harmless from any unintentional liability for the results of such recommendations and services, except for harm that results from instances of a clear and present danger of substantive evil as determined by the Association, as stated and defined by the United States Supreme Court.

I willingly agree to abide by The Association of Inner Authority constitution and by-laws as they are adopted when acting in the capacity of member, and further understand that any by-laws adopted shall be adopted for the benefit of the membership and Association for Inner Authority, mutually and collectively.

I agree that the Trustee, Heather Bingham is the person best qualified to perform services to members as “Managing Member of the Association” and entrust her to select other members to assist her in carrying out that service.

In addition, I understand that, since the Association is protected by the First Amendment of the originally ratified Bill of Rights (1791), The Articles of Confederation of 1781, The Law of Nations, and the Constitution of the State of Virginia, it is outside the jurisdiction and authority of Federal and State Agencies and Authorities concerning any and all complaints or grievances against the Association, any Trustee(s), members or other staff persons. All rights of complaints or grievances will be settled by an Association Committee and will be waived by the member for the benefit of the Association and its members. Because the privacy and security of membership records maintained within the Association, which have been held to be inviolate by the U.S. Supreme Court, I agree that by signing this agreement, I waive the complaint process. In other words, I agree that I will not take any matter of the Association outside of it into the jurisdiction of a court of the United States corporation, corporate maritime, common law or other court, (international or otherwise), unless the act committed against me is nefarious and criminal in nature.

I understand that any customer/consumer records kept by the Association (as a duty of the Association trustees) will be strictly protected and only released upon written request of the member. I agree that violation of any waivers in this membership contract will result in a no contest legal proceeding against me.

In addition, the Association does not participate in any insurance plans. I acknowledge that the members of the Association do not carry liability insurance – in other words, they are not bonded. The Trustee(s) shall have the right to sanction a member upon unanimous vote of the Trustee(s), after a hearing of the facts where the member may be present after notification. The sanctions include removal from active membership or imposing any other special and necessary conditions upon any member who shall discredit or bring harm to the Association in any manner.

I agree to join the Association, a private-membership association under law of equity, whose members seek to help each other achieve better livelihood and safety for themselves, their families and communities.

My activities within the Association are a private matter that I refuse to share with federal, state or local governmental agencies without my express specific permission. I reserve this right under Webster Bivens v. Six Unknown Named Agents of Federal Bureau of Narcotics (1971), the first amendment in the Bill of Rights, and the 2nd Amendment, wherein matters within the PMA are the private property of its members. All records and documents remain as property of the Association, even if I receive a copy of them. I fully agree not to file a liability lawsuit against a fellow member of the Association, unless that member has exposed me to a clear and present danger of substantive evil.

Further, I affirm that I am not acting as a representative/agent or in any capacity officially for any City, County, State, or Federal agency solely attempting to investigate The Association of Inner Authority and its members, and that my interest for becoming a member is solely for the social benefits of being associated with other like-minded members and to assemble within a safe and comfortable environment.

Voluntary Disclosure: The information taught and discussed in the Association is of a private nature. I agree that I will not post information discussed in the Association on social media, or other public forums that do not belong to the Association.

Involuntary Disclosure: In the event coercion has taken place by any agent, officer or other body for the purpose of extracting information used for any purpose against The Association of Inner Authority, the member’s liability transfers to the agent or officer of up to $20 million in fines and penalties lodged against the member.

Ability to Contract Freely
I enter into this agreement of my own free will or on behalf of my dependent without any compulsion or pressure. I also agree that this agreement does not intend to violate or subvert other contracts I have entered into, whether for work, or other occupation. This is an agreement held in the private, and no member of this association, or outside organization will have the authority or right to determine for me, if this agreement is in contradiction of, or positions me to compromise other contracts I have signed of my own free will. The content and mission of this association is in the private domain and does not interfere with any public matters.

I also agree that at all times, I will respect the rights of the members of this association to enter into this agreement of their own free will, and that unless they are joining this association to commit nefarious acts or crimes against its members, they will be free of harassment by me, and all other members of this association. Any dishonorable actions where any member violates this trust or takes a member out of equity, will be cause for removal from the Association.

Personal information
I agree that all personal information is held confidential and no sharing of email, credit card and payment information will be tolerated. All other personal information that is shared by members to the trustees, other members or other managing parties of the Association, will be held in complete confidentiality, and not shared, without express permission of the member the information belongs to. Any violation of this clause will be cause for removal from the Association.

Annual Dues
All payments for annual dues will be going through May 31st of the current Gregorian calendar. I further support that annual dues are a need for the Association, so that it can pay for hosting and other fees required to maintain its website. The website is a valuable platform and tool that will allow the Association in its teaching and recruiting of other members. The annual membership fee for the Association is $20,00 USD however, I further understand that the currency exchanged is given under variation by agreement under international law wherein the currency itself does not create third party obligations against this membership agreement.

Payments for annual dues will be made through platforms outside of the Association website, as indicated at the bottom of this agreement. I further understand that if there is a billing problem I will NOT file a dispute against Heather Bingham or any Trustee or The Association for Inner Authority but I agree to seek remedy by email to heather@binghamclan.com and a refund/adjustment of charges or replacement of services in question will be resolved mutually and satisfactorily.

I also agree that my attendance at weekly meetings does not have a minimum requirement to maintain membership. As long as I am living in accordance with this membership agreement while conducting business or transactions with the Association, and my annual dues are current, I am free to utilize my participation in the Association as my schedule and life style permits.

Conduct Toward Others
The Association and its members strive to live a Christ-like life of equity and honor, extending forgiveness and compassion. Therefore, I will extend kindness to all others, even when they don’t extend it to me.

I will take action to help a person in need, with their consent, if I see their need and am capable of making the situation better.

I will listen to my fellow Association members and not judge them. I will use discernment at all times and extend the benefit of the doubt to everyone I come in contact with. I will respect differences of opinion by acknowledging the other person’s stance and not pushing their acceptance of mine.

I will make every effort to exercise these and other attributes of equity and righteousness to others outside of the Association, so as to make these attributes a part of my character and being. The Association can be used in this way, as a forum for elevating my existence so that I and my family can live in a higher sense of being, both publicly and privately. This example can be effective in my home and community for others.

Conduct in Difficult Situations
As a matter of practice outside of the Association, if I am ever in a violent situation, I will only retaliate with violence if I am unable to call for or get to help.
If a disagreement turns into a negative argument, I will walk away from the situation.

Guests
I understand that it is in the interest of The Association for Inner Authority to expand its membership. Therefore, The Association of Inner Authority allows its members to invite guests for the purpose of enjoying future membership only and may invite the same guest up to three times. The member is responsible for guest conduct and non-disclosure limits on guest speech. The Association will also hold meetings or education calls for non-members, at a regular time set forth. This forum will be used to introduce this Association, and concepts of self-governance and liberty, and can be used for recruiting others to join the Association.

Attestation
I do hereby certify, attest and warrant that I have carefully read the above and foregoing The Association of Inner Authority Contractual Application for Membership and website, my questions have been answered fully to my satisfaction, and I fully understand and agree with same. My payment of the membership fee constitutes my signature and legal acceptance of this membership contract. I understand that I can withdraw from this agreement and terminate my membership in the Association at any time.

I hereby remit my non-refundable payment of $20.00 as consideration for my membership for the time period, June 1, 2025 – May 31, 2026, through Venmo @Heather-Bingham-2, or Zelle at heather@binghamclan.com. I also understand that I can send payment by check or money order to the address below, if the electronic payment options are not available to me. I also understand that I can cancel my membership at any time by notifying the Managing Member by email at members@assocofinnerauthority.com.
