A HISTORY OF THE ASSEMBLIES

The story has often been told that upon the signing of the constitution, reporters asked Ben Franklin, "What do we have, a monarchy or a republic?"...to which he replied, "a republic - if you can keep it." Over the years, many have argued about the truthfulness of this exchange, but the point that cannot be argued is that our founding fathers gave us a Republic. And it is our responsibility to keep it!

Before the Civil War, this country was meeting in assemblies - at the county and city / township levels. Regularly, they would meet (usually with their churches, after services), to discuss their grievances and directives that they would issue to their elected officials. When the Civil War began, these assemblies dissolved, due to the focus on the war. 

In 1863, during the Civil War, Lincoln declared martial law under General Order 100, also referred to as the Lieber Code of 1863. This turned all private property and civil liberty rights over to the government. According to this Lieber Code, "the commander of the army must leave it to the ultimate treaty of peace to settle the permanency of this change." A peace treaty was never signed. Lee surrendered to Grant, and over the next 16 months, other southern generals surrendered to northern generals. However, the commander of the army, Abraham Lincoln, never signed a peace treaty. By not signing a Peace Treaty he perpetuated the Lieber Code and the illusion that the United States of America was still based on the Constitution when in actuality, we were, and still are, under military rule.

In 1871, an illegal Congress, which was never voted into office, passed the illegal Act of 1871, which made the united states a Corporation with a new constitution and a new corporate government. The original constitutional government was vacated to become dormant, but it was never terminated.

The new constitution had to be ratified BY THE PEOPLE according to the original constitution, BUT IT NEVER WAS.

WHAT IS A DE JURE ASSEMBLY OF WE THE PEOPLE?

(de jure dĭ joo͝r′ē, dā yoo͝r′ā)
adverb & adjective: According to law; by right
noun: By right; according to law; describes practices that are legally recognized, regardless of whether the practice exists in reality.

In contrast, de facto ("in fact") describes situations that exist in reality, even if not legally recognized.

De Jure assemblies are groups of God-fearing patriots that intend to bring our country back to a system of COMMON LAW GOVERNANCE by the people and for the people, as intended by our founding fathers and constitution. This can be done lawfully by forming county and state assemblies. Virginia's state assembly is forming now.

FOUR BRANCHES OF GOVERNMENT

The lie, that only three branches of government exist in this country, has been perpetrated for the last 150 + years. There are in fact, FOUR branches of government, as established by the original constitution. The assemblies and grand juries (made up of WE THE PEOPLE), are the FIRST branch of government. The Legislative, Executive and Judicial branches are the supporting branches of the people and are under the first branch of government. Unfortunately, the elites of this country, have been carrying our their plan to steal the government from the people. They have been successful by removing this vital information from our schools, media and public election processes. This first branch of governance by WE THE PEOPLE was essentially erased from the constitution. And since the Civil War, governance by the people has not been in effect. 

WHAT IS OUR MISSION?

Our mission is to return the first branch of government, by the people, back to the hands of the people. It is done through the assemblies...this is granted to us by the first amendment which states that it is the right of the people to peaceably assemble. This is often confused with the right to protest and the right to speak freely. The first amendment was intended to preserve the rights of the people to meet in assemblies and to submit a redress of grievances to the elected government officials. It is our intention to assist the people of Virginia in forming legal and lawful assemblies, so that we can take back governance of this great state.

HOW DO WE ASSEMBLE?

Many non-profit groups have formed and much of what they are already doing, is a part of the process to be legally and lawfully recognized as an assembly. However, these groups are de facto (paying money to the corporation - as 501c3 and c4 status - operating under the pretense that they are recognized by the corporation as legitimate), and are wasting millions of dollars on frivolous lawsuits that are not honored in the de facto corporate court rooms, presenting petitions that quickly get torn up and thrown away, after being laughed at, and making noble speeches and organizing rallies that are ignored. 

However, these country-loving groups are really only a couple of steps away from being officially formed as WE THE PEOPLE assemblies. The process for being recognized is simple and takes only about four weeks, once a group of 15 or more people is organized.

In 2013, the first of this ratification process began when the state of Michigan was lawfully recognized and resettled, followed by Alaska in 2019. Other states have also been recognized, such as New York, in 2020, and Kentucky and Hawaii, in 2021.

These assemblies, organized and settled by WE THE PEOPLE, have been legally and lawfully recognized by the United States President, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the military, the department of Justice and all other levels of government as the DE JURE ASSEMBLY IN THEIR STATES. 

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER AN ASSEMBLY GIVES NOTICE AND IS SETTLED?

After your county has settled its de jure assembly, the assembly will be able to direct your elected officials how to govern you, audit their books and processes, and receive a redress of grievances. The assembly can also form petit and grand juries for pursuing legal recourse through common law processes. The grand jural assembly has more power than the Supreme Court of the United States, because the grand juries are composed of WE THE PEOPLE.

By giving notice, other states, such as Michigan and Texas and Ohio, issued 21 requisitions to the Presidents of the united states, joint chiefs and DOJ; 17 of which have been completed to date. Among them was one to Obama, refusing boots on the ground into Syria and another was to President Trump, directing him to organize the Space Force as another branch of the military and another, to President Trump to dissolve the Corporation of the United States, by putting it into bankruptcy - which he did in January of 2020.

At the county level, county assemblies can give notice to their school boards, county boards and other elected officials. They will then be able to give directives to those governing bodies that will ensure they are honoring their oath of office. Examples of these directives include:

•  Cancel all mask mandates
• Cancel any requirements for taking the deadly (bio-weapon) known as the covid-19 vaccine
• Cancel any and all teaching of critical race theory
• Audit and change local and state election processes
• Pass law to require all 50 states to allow only voters that are citizens with I.D.
• Institute prayer back into the schools
• Audit county and city budgets and KAFR accounts
• Gives directives about how and where to spend tax dollars, and
• Dis-continue other unnecessary taxes and fees such as drivers licenses, vehicle registration,  hunting license fees, income taxes, property taxes, to name a few.
