A HISTORY OF THE ASSEMBLIES

The story has often been told that upon the signing of the constitution, reporters asked Ben Franklin, "What do we have, a monarchy or a republic?"...to which he replied, "a republic - if you can keep it." Over the years, many have argued about the truthfulness of this exchange, but the point that cannot be argued is that our founding fathers gave us a Republic. And it is our responsibility to keep it!

Before the Civil War, this country was meeting in assemblies - at the county and city / township levels. Regularly, they would meet (usually with their churches, after services), to discuss their grievances and directives that they would issue to their elected officials. When the Civil War began, these assemblies dissolved, as a result that Abraham Lincoln declared martial law under General Order 100, also referred to as the Lieber Code of 1863. This turned all private property and civil liberty rights over to the military. According to this Lieber Code, "the commander of the army must leave it to the ultimate treaty of peace to settle the permanency of this change." A peace treaty was never signed. Lee surrendered to Grant, and over the next 16 months, other southern generals surrendered to northern generals. However, the commander of the army, Abraham Lincoln, never signed a peace treaty. By not signing a Peace Treaty he perpetuated the Lieber Code and the illusion that the United States of America was still based on the Constitution when in actuality, we were, and still are, under military rule.

The original form of government by the people, is founded on principles taught in The Law of Nations, an internationally recognized 'manual' for establishing republican governments. The people who came here from Europe, as well as the Natives of this land, knew of the principles taught in this book, and that in order to form government under authority of the people, a Bi-Lateral Social Compact would need to be written. The body politic formed by the people, would need to sign this Compact, making them equal in right. This process was well-known and established the people in assemblies.

WHAT IS A DE JURE ASSEMBLY OF WE THE PEOPLE?

(de jure dĭ joo͝r′ē, dā yoo͝r′ā)
adverb & adjective: According to law; by right
noun: By right; according to law; describes practices that are legally recognized, regardless of whether the practice exists in reality.

In contrast, de facto ("in fact") describes situations that exist in reality, even if not legally recognized.

De Jure assemblies are made up of men and women that intend to bring our country back to a system of governance under God, and natural law, by the people and for the people, as God intended. This can be done lawfully by forming county and state assemblies. Virginia's state assembly has been fully functioning since 2021.

BRANCHES OF GOVERNMENT
The lie, that only three branches of government exist in this country, has been perpetrated for the last 150 + years. In a true Republic, there are in fact, only levels of government...not branches of government. The assemblies and juries (made up of WE THE PEOPLE), are the FIRST branch of government. The Legislative, Executive and Judicial branches are departments within the corporate United States government, as established by the Act of 1871. Unfortunately, the elites of this country, have been carrying our their plan to steal the government from the people. They have been successful by removing this vital information from our schools, media and public election processes. This first branch of governance by WE THE PEOPLE was essentially erased from history. And since the Civil War, governance by the people has not been in effect. 

WHAT IS OUR MISSION?
Our mission is to return the government, by the people, back to the hands of the people. It is done through the assemblies, also known as Private Membership Associations or committees of safety. This is granted to us by the authority within us that we were created with. It is explained in detail in "The Law of Nations" and was written into the Bill of Rights and Articles of Confederation of 1781. The first amendment states that it is the right of the people to peaceably assemble. This is often confused with the right to protest and the right to speak freely. The first amendment was intended to preserve the rights of the people to meet in assemblies under freedom of private association (PMAs) and to submit a redress of grievances to the elected government officials. It is our intention to assist the people of Virginia in forming lawful assemblies, so that we can take back governance of this great state.

HOW DO WE ASSEMBLE?
Many non-profit groups have formed and much of what they are already doing, is a part of the process to be legally and lawfully recognized as an assembly. However, these groups are de facto (paying money to the corporation - as 501c3 and c4 status - operating under the pretense that they are recognized by the corporation as legitimate), and are wasting millions of dollars on frivolous lawsuits that are not honored in the de facto corporate court rooms, presenting petitions that quickly get torn up and thrown away, after being laughed at, and making noble speeches and organizing rallies that are ignored. 

However, these country-loving groups are really only a couple of steps away from being officially formed as WE THE PEOPLE assemblies. The process for being recognized is simple and takes only about four weeks, once a group of 3 or more people is organized. The state assembly will be able to guide you through this process. It is not difficult, but you must do it correctly, in order to be lawfully recognized.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER AN ASSEMBLY GIVES NOTICE AND IS SETTLED?
After your county has settled its government in assembly, the people in your assembly will:

• Be able to establish new laws, 
• Be able to avoid having to follow the old 'laws' known as codes and statutes, 
• Be exempt from paying taxes, because their new government won't require taxes,
• Audit all corporate government books and revenue accounts, with the object to return excess funds back to the people of the county and state

Be able to utilize the International Court of Human Rights with the assistance of The United States of America to:

• Cancel all mandates that violate human rights, such as immunization, vaccine and face covering mandates
• Cancel all mandates for taking the deadly (bio-weapon) known as the covid-19 vaccine
• Cancel any and all corporate practices and teachings used in the public schools, including things like critical race theory, transgender or other de-humanizing practices.
• Stop ALL chem trail and other environmentally destructive practices
• Hold ALL persons accountable by international law for injury and murders committed by any or all of the above practices
• Clean out the water purification systems of all toxins such as flouride and bleach, and rebuild for infusing oxygen and other life-saving and cell rebuilding elements and minerals into the water system

Over time, the people in your county and state assembly will be able to:

• Change local and state election processes
• Audit state, county and city budgets and KAFR accounts
• Abolish all county / state departments that violate private property rights. This would include:
  • Personal property tax dept - land, housing, property taxes, real-estate, trusts, death taxes, etc.
  • County and state revenue departments such as licensing and registration departments
  • State, county and city income tax enforcement departments
  • State and county tax departments
• Abolish all unnecessary codes and statutes not needed for establishing and maintaining peace in your county. As an example, this will include:
  • Giving direction to the sheriff in your county about what laws they will and will not be enforcing - essentially abolishing all corporate laws that infringe on the free-will of people to self-govern
